Welcome to the 2021 Spring Lacrosse season! 

 

Registration is now open.

The 2020 seasons presented us with some unique challenges; however, we worked through them and created a great program for the boys to continue to learn lacrosse including practices, a scrimmage, clinics and the Fall season.   Even in these crazy times our lacrosse program is growing.  Fall participation was up from the prior year and we are on pace to have even more growth this Spring!

Practices will start Wednesday, January 6th for all age groups.   Games will begin the first week of February and run through April.  We will be off from March 7th until April 16th for Spring Break and Easter.  We will practice twice a week on Monday and Wednesday at either MLK or Ward park. 

Games for Junior (5-6 grade) and Senior (7-8 grade) teams will be played on Saturdays starting on Feb 6th at Northeast Regional Park.   There will be six regular season weekends with playoffs the weekend of April 24th.   There is also a plan to have an All-Star game on April 25th.

Lightning (1-4 grade) games will be played at Ward Park on Sundays starting on Feb 7th with the last games on April 25th.

Cost:

  • Juniors & Seniors: $295

  • Lightning: $195

  • All new players will be required to purchase a uniform for $50

 

Practice Times:

  • Juniors and Lightning: 5:45pm - 7:15pm, Mon & Wed

  • Seniors: 7:30pm - 9:00pm, Mon & Wed

 

Senior and Junior Game Days: 

  • Feb 6, Feb 13, Feb 20, Feb 27

  • Mar 6

  • Apr 17, Apr 24 (Playoffs), Apr 25 (All-star game)

 

Lightning Game Days:

  • Feb 7, Feb 14, Feb 21, Feb 28

  • Mar 7

  • April 18

  • April 25


Equipment required for the season includes a lacrosse helmet, lacrosse shoulder pads, gloves, elbow pads, lacrosse stick, mouthpiece and cleats. Please let us know if you need equipment recommendations.

We require each player  to have a US Lacrosse membership and there will be a place to include it in the registration process.  Details and benefits received from the membership can be found here.  

And finally, we need volunteers to help with team communications and game day operations. Please raise your hand.
